TEA TREE BIO

Melaleuca alternifolia grade A (excellence)

Description

Tea tree is the most widely used essential oil in the world, the oil of self-confidence, minor and medium ailments and bronchitis. Originally from Australia, tea tree was discovered by the 'intermediate of an expedition led on the island continent by COOK and was named so because the English sailors had used it to make their tea. The Australian soldiers of the war 14 had a small bottle of it in their haversack already in the trenches to disinfect their wounds, treat foot fungus and pimples, boils etc. Exceptional healing , skin repairer , acne , herpes , bronchitis in association with Ravintsara, (internal use, friction, diffusion, bath, massage, cosmetic).

I managed to acclimatize the seeds that I bought in a reputable plantation in Australia. I had paid 62 dollars per gram and I trembled until they were willing to germinate. Today we have several hectares that produce an oil of exceptional quality. Indeed there are several grades in the quality of this oil and we are in the best considering its biochemical composition. I think that the terroir of Madagascar and particularly that of our valley is is particularly well suited to tea tree cultivation since we manage to have almost two harvests per year.

As soon as it reaches about two meters, the plant is cut above an eye, so that it starts growing again vigorously, then manually pruned and carefully distilled. Everything is manual unlike the large Australian properties which, mechanized to excess , practice silage and a fairly industrial distillation in general. Our production remains very artisanal and of exceptional quality.
