Ocimum gratissimum eugenoliferum
Description
It is a shrubby basil present in Madagascar and called "romba" pronounced roumba. It is traditionally used in infusion of the leaves by women after childbirth for intimate hygiene. Eugenol is a phenol which presents no toxicity for the liver. Eugenia (the midwife) eugenol, is known for its uterine stimulating action which promotes childbirth.
Also used for mouth rinsing and dental and gum infections, it erases dental pain almost immediately and stops dental infection in a few applications (in trace form), however to be followed up by the dentist quickly.
Against intestinal parasites or digestive disorders, diarrhea, gas, for internal use two drops on bread crumbs. Immediate action on diarrhea in babies : 2 drops in a spoonful of olive oil rubbed on the soles of the feet. It is a rarer plant than cloves and its very low production makes it valuable. (internal use;
dental, diffusion, massage).
